$6,000 has been calculated as the minimum amount necessary to cover the expense of running the school in 1931. In the event of this assistance being available the grant will be reviewed annually in the light of the facilities provided for Anglo-Chinese education in the locality and be conditional on the College being conducted (as to its aided sections) in accordance with the standards laid down by the Director of Education. (C.S.O. 1 in 3200/31.)
22.-31, Public Works Extraordinary :--Kowloon: Miscellaneous. Electric fittings for hired Sanitary Department Quarters at K.I.L. 1901 ...
Considerable difficulty has been experienced in the past in securing a suitable residence and office for the District Sanitary Inspector at Kowloon City, who has been temporarily accommodated at "Blindenheim" pending its demolition.
Satisfactory accommodation has now been leased on the ground floor of a European style house in the district: and occasion has been taken to lease the top floor also to accommodate 2 other Inspectors hitherto in receipt of rent allowance.
The present sum is asked for to supply necessary electric fittings. (C.S.O. 841/30.)
23.-31, Public Works Extraordinary-Miscellaneous. Resumption of Mr. Tse Tsan Tai's Building at Seeton, Tsun Wan

The sum now asked for represents approximately the difference between the estimated rate and the actual rate of exchange today, and should suffice for the full year
